From Manuscript to Stage — Everything an Indian Author Needs, in One Place

Hanging Books

About Us

Authors Gully began with one simple belief —  every writer deserves support, not just at the moment of publishing, but throughout the entire journey of becoming an author.

We are the publishing and community wing of Poets of Community, India's most active literary network spanning Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and many other cities. Over the years, we have helped hundreds of writers navigate self-publishing, find their readers, and step onto stages they never imagined.

Today, Authors Gully offers a full ecosystem for Indian writers:

  • Your publishing partner: we help you find the right publishing path and see it through to your book's launch

  • Manuscript feedback circles: small peer groups for serious writers to develop their craft

  • Book launch packages: curated events that bring your book to real readers

  • Online writing cohorts: beginner-friendly programmes to start or deepen your practice

  • Author profiles & discovery: get found by readers, publishers, and event organisers

Whether you have a finished manuscript, a half-written draft, or just the idea of a book living in your head, Authors Gully is where Indian writers come to make it real
